- Cancellation Policy – All deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not given 30 days in advance, except during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th) and peak season (February/March) when a 90-day cancellation policy takes effect.
- Housing an additional adult\child in double occupancy rooms requires a $120 surcharge.

- Wireless internet reception is available in the Guest Library, Main Dining Room and deck.
